Home Instead Senior Care offers two types of caregivers to take care of your needs. We have Companion/Home Helper Services for all around general help (light housekeeping, errands/transportation, shopping, meal preparation, laundry, changing bed linens, engaging in activities, medication reminders and more). For more hands on assistance, we have Personal Care Assistants that not only take care of the normal home help but are also trained to handle personal care (such as bathing, toileting/continence care, grooming).
Licensed, bonded and insured, Home Instead Senior Care has been serving the metro Richmond area for over 11 years. We carefully screen and train our caregivers. The schedule is up to you - the idea is to be there when you need the help most so you choose the time that works best for you. We have someone on call at all times - 24/7, 365 days/year so that if an emergency arises or a sudden schedule change, you can call and discuss it rather than hearing an answering service.
Anytime that you wish, we will come out to meet with you in person even if it is only to answer questions. Deciding to bring in assistance can be an overwhelming experience and we will meet you face to face at anytime to help you know with whom you are talking and to help make the experience as comfortable as possible.
