TLC Nursing Associates LLC is a locally owned and operated HomeCare & Home HealthCare organization that provides home based non-medical and medical services to Vermonters. TLC Nursing Associates was started by Mohamed Basha, a Registered Nurse, whose passion to revolutionize and improve homecare and home healthcare services resulted in the establishment of TLC Nursing Associates. His vision is to create an organization that would meet the standards of 21st century and one that can accommodate all of the clients and their families’ needs.

TLC Nursing offers a wide variety of non-medical and medical services ranging from Skilled Nursing, Home Health Aide, Companionship, HomeMaking, and Personal Assistance Services. Whether you're recovering from illness, injury, or simply need extra help at home, TLC Nursing can provide the level of care needed to meet your specific needs. Unlike many of the other non-medical homecare services, all of TLC Nursing services are supervised and coordinated by Registered Nurses. This unique service gives our client a greater peace of mind knowing that their health and wellness are incorporated to any of services that they receive.

Amenities and Services

  • Companionship
  • Conversation: Whether it’s just eating a meal together or conversation and company, having someone to sit and visit with can help make for a healthier and happier life.
  • Chore Services: A HomeCare Associate can run errands such as picking up prescriptions, going to the post office, etc. (Separate mileage charges may apply)
  • Grocery/General Shopping: A HomeCare Associate can accompany a client for grocery shopping. An Associate can also go grocery shopping on behalf of the client to any store that the client prefers and can use any coupons provided.
  • A HomeCare Associate can take a client to their favorite stores, or our Associates can shop on behalf of the client. (Separate mileage charges may apply. Client will pay for all their grocery/general shopping charges.)
  • Accompany to Appointments: A HomeCare Associate can accompany a client on trips to doctor appointments, barbershops, beauty salons, shopping, wherever the client likes to go.
  • Getting seniors out and about is good for their mind, body and spirit. (Client will have to pay for all the transportation charges or any mileage charges that may apply.)
  • Check-up Phone Calls: This service is just the ticket for those clients who may not need someone coming to their home everyday.
