Home Care Assistance is the area's only 24-hour live-in specialist, which means that, whether you need round the clock care now or sometime in the future, we employ the caregivers best trained for such situations.  Because we have a solid reputation for caregiver consistency, you will always know who to expect well in advance.

We employ a flat fee structure, which means that, even as the level of your need changes, your rate does not.  We require no deposit, and no long-term service contract, so you stay with us only as long as you remain 100% satisfied.  Clients (or their designee) are invoiced directly, so that no money ever changes hands between the client and the caregiver.

We also pre-qualify and process long-term care insurance on your behalf, if applicable.

Our staff of friendly, dedicated, and experienced care professionals are bonded and insured through the company, so that what we provide is worry-free care.  Additionally, we employ one of the most rigorous screening processes in the industry, including criminal background checks, motor vehicle checks, reference checks, as well as a proprietary screening developed by a Ph.D., which tests for honesty and conscientiousness.  Of course, each of our caregivers is interviewed in person by a care manager.

We offer an exclusive "We Will Be There" guaranty, which means that, because we maintain such a large roster of caregivers from which to draw, should your primary caregiver become unavailable for any reason, she or he can easily be replaced.
