Northwest Senior Management Services, Inc. is a geriatric health care company providing complete assessment and diagnosis of the health of the elderly by a highly experienced Geriatric Nurse Practitioner. We examine the physical, mental, and behavioral health of the individual in order to choose the best healthcare options available.
We also have a staff of experienced Registered Nurses who are specially trained to provide comprehensive Case Management and advocacy for the elderly and their loved ones. They work hand in hand with the Nurse Practitioners to develop the best plan of care and see that it is implemented. They help our clients navigate the many healthcare options available.
Northwest Senior Management Services and our “Access Care” home care agency, provide two levels of In-home care (or Home Care) to the elderly or their families, when remaining in their own home is the best option. Housekeeping, transportation, and companionship plus many other services are provided by Access Care. Access Care provides a cost savings over our personal care option.
When Personal care is needed, we operate a fully licensed in-home care agency, staffed with Certified Nursing Assistants. Both services are insured and bonded, and all employees receive thorough criminal background checks.
