"Things were a bit crazy; my Dad went into hypoglycemia shock. I wouldn't have been able to handle the situation without Charles our aide sent by Griswold. Dad ended up in the hospital for two days which was against the rules with Hospice but he is home doing much better and he is enrolled back with Hospice. Life Extension Home Health Care (H) Home Care

Our company, Life Extensions Home Health Care provides absolute care to all individuals in a community, including all types of disabilities. We do also provide foster care as well as elderly care. Life Extensions was established in April of 2006, and the role of the company is to provide total care to our client. We provide housing with full furnishings like a kitchen that includes a microwave, stove, refrigerator and large cabinets. Every house has three bedrooms and every room has two big closets and two full beds with a dressing table and large mirror. We also provide television in every room. Our  homemakers perform general homemaking duties which aids individuals with remaining in their own homes.

 

 

Amenities and Services

  • Assistance with light housekeeping (cleaning the bathroom, floors, ovens, etc)
  • Assistance with linen change, laundry, grocery shopping and meal planning
  • Homemakers are assigned and supervised by a nurse
  • Companions assist the patient in personal errands and daily activities, and ensure the presence of a caring person in the home.
