Right at Home of Southern NH is a local, family owned home health care agency that provides non-medical home health care services to the elderly - enabling them to remain active and independent in their own home. We service all of southern New Hampshire and are a Medicaid certified agency.

Our personal mission is to provide the highest quality home health care available.  We're able to deliver on this promise by employing only the most qualified and compassionate caregivers.  All of our caregivers are fully screened, trained, insured and bonded.  In addition to multiple background checks, all caregivers must pass a competency test as well as participate in numerous extensive ongoing educational training programs. 

We are confident these rigorous employee orientation, training and recognition programs produce the very best caregivers in the business.

In addition, we have two home health RNs on staff who perform client assessments, develop care plans, and evaluate caregivers.

Amenities and Services

  • Clients utilize Right at Home services for assistance for a variety of reasons including care for a loved one who can no longer stay alone, short term support at home after a hospital stay, respite care to relieve family members as well as Alzheimer's, dementia, and Parkinson's care.
  • Our companionship/homemaking services include safety supervision, meal preparation, laundry, light housekeeping, medication reminders,errands and shopping, prompting & mental cueing, as well as simply sitting and socializing with a client.
  • Personal care services are more hands on and include assistance with ambulation, dressing, feeding, personal hygiene, grooming, bathing/showering, skin care, toileting, continence care, transfer assistance and positioning in bed.
