Service Details

  • Services are available round the clock, 365 days a year.
  • Staff receive regulatory training annually and specialized training as required.
  • Staff is insured.  Background and drivers license checks are also done.
  • Semi-annual satisfaction surveys sent to consumers.

  • Personal Care - grooming, bathing, shaving, toileting
  • Routine Household Tasks - light housekeeping, wash dishes, laundry, organizing cupboards & closets
  • Transportation Assistance - doctor & dental visits, vist neighbors, friends & family, attend religious services
  • Errands/Grocery Shopping - general & holiday shopping, prescription drop off/pick up
  • In-Home Respite - days, evenings & weekends (by the hour or by the week)

  • Health Care Assistance & Monitoring - medication reminders, setup & administration, monitoring diet & nutrition, vital signs, blood sugar monitoring, pulse oximetry, weight, wellness checks, private duty nursing
