Advanced Home Care is a physician owned and managed home care company accredited by The Joint Commission. We operate both a Medicare Certified Home Care Division and a Private Duty Division. We provide in-home care for people of all ages with a variety of different physical and medical conditions. Service is available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. Our service area includes Oakland, Macomb, Wayne, Livingston and Washtenaw counties.

Some of the conditions that we provide care for includes: General care for the elderly, Cardiac, Respiratory, Circulatory, Diabetic, Neurological, Alzheimers and other forms of Dementia, Spinal Cord and Traumatic Brain Injuries

An RN assesses every patient prior to the start of service, develops a care plan and continually monitors care of the patient. All of our caregivers have a minimum of one year of experience. Our staff includes Homemakers, High Tech Health Aides, Certified Nursing Assistants, RN’s, LPN’s, Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Medical Social Workers and Registered Dieticians.

Our staff performs all ADL’s (activities of daily living) needed to enable you or your loved one to remain in the comfort of home.

We accept most health and auto insurance plans including long-term care insurance, as well as private pay.
