The Health Program at Progressive Home Care offers a team of skilled home health professionals to patients who are homebound.Our skilled professional’s works very closely with the patients' physicians to provide the maximum functional independence of the patient.
Our team is a multi-disciplinary group of specially trained home health staff members who coordinate their efforts on behalf of the patient. The team members are comprised of skilled health professionals who are registered, licensed or certified in their specific field.
Skilled Nursing services works directly under the supervision of the patient's personal physician to promote the patient's health through the provision of direct patient care and patient/family instruction in self care techniques.
