Trillium HomeCare provides non-medical "at home" care for the elderly and convalescing. We are available 7 days per week, 24 hours per day, with trained, bonded and insured caregivers. We offer a broad range of services, including personal care, medication reminders, healthy meals, errand, transportation, companionship, and much more. We offer bathing visits or 3 to 24 hour care. We provide live-in caregivers too. We do extensive background checks on all caregivers, plus check their professional and personal references. We have an RN that monitors, hires, and trains our caregivers plus provides assistance to our clients if necessary. Free assessments and monthly quality assurance checks are included in our services. We offer electronic monitoring devices to help protect our clients while they are alone, ask for details. We also provide assistance in securing VA funding for veterans and their surviving spouses.
