  • We hire third party background firm to check driving record, credit and criminal history.
  • All staff are paid W-2 employees
  • We personally verify 3 references of past employment for all direct care staff.
  • We cover workers compensation, general liability and a fidelity crime bond.
  • All staff has a minimum of 2 years of experience or an equivalent degree as a CNA or HHA.
  • We offer professional and client references.
  • We are certified through the State of Colorado as residential care administrators.
