We achieve this through a detailed assessment of the senior's personal needs involving themselves, their family and the physician/hospital if necessary.  This allows us to determine a customized elder care plan and propose 2-3 caregivers, bring them to your home for an interview and ask you to participate in the selection process.

California Nurse Express Currently Serves all of California with our strength in Southern California.

A (Registered Nurse) Care Manager will meet with you and your family to discuss your needs and preferences using a comprehensive psychological profiling to assure maximum senior/companion compatibility. You may also help in the selection process by interviewing the Caregiver. After a Caregiver is placed in your home, The Care Manager will follow up every week with personal home visits and phone calls to make sure that you are happy with your new companion.

We provide Hourly or Live-in (24 hour) care, our caregivers are screened, tested, background checked and bonded. We cover all payroll taxes, Worker's Comp, and Liability Insurance.
