Precious Home Companion is a full service home care agency whose mission is to improve the quality of life of the people and the communities we serve by providing compassionate, reliable and exceptional home health care. It is the goal of Precious Home Companion to create a supportive team environment; which includes patients, patients’ families, care givers and members of management whose primary purpose is to offer patients competent care with dignity and respect. Our mission includes providing comprehensive care through thoughtful management of all available resources.
We have been providing quality service since 1990. We screen and select caregivers prior to an assignment. We hire our caregivers and we do not use independent contractors. We also adhere to state and federal guidelines in employment practices such as withholding required taxes, providing worker’s compensation, conducting background and reference checks. We also develop an individualized plan of care along with the client and family. We have 24/7 on-call availability. Our company manages all payroll and employee related matters.
