HomeLife Partners Combines Geriatric Care Management with In-home Care

After years of managing her own family’s home care needs, Karen Galas, founder of HomeLife Partners LLC, decided to start her own company and do it right. Assisted by her husband and sister, a seasoned health care professional, they defined an approach to the extremely personal service of in-home care that was unique in the industry, then and now.

There are hundreds of in-home senior care companies, but only a few provide Professional Geriatric Care Management, a critical component especially for families geographically separated.  HomeLife Partners has specialized in live-in (24 hour) home care combined with Care Management services since 2002 serving South Bay and Orange County families.

Our Caregivers provide for the daily personal needs of a client while our Care Managers will handle the next level of their lives from medical advocacy, financial coordination to home repairs as needed. HomeLife Partner's Care Managers are the eyes and ears of the children when they are unable to be there to handle the bigger issues.
