We take the worry out of hiring help because we employ our caregivers covering Worker’s Comp, Payroll Taxes, Unemployment, Training and Supervision. Our caregivers are supervised by a nurse and FREE assessments are included in our service.
Our caregivers must complete a personal interview, a written skills test and provide verifiable references. All Aunt Ann’s employees undergo an independent background check which verifies work eligibility and reviews Superior and Municipal courts for any conviction history.
Caregivers are available to assist with companionship, exercise assistance, shopping and errands, meal preparation, light housekeeping, bathing and personal care. They may escort your loved one to doctor’s visits, provide respite and assist with daily activities. They are available for a little as a 2 hour bath visit to 24 hour care.
