AmeriCare Alliance of Alameda County is a referral agency for non-medical home health care. Based on the belief that caring for someone in need is both an honor and a privilege, we screen our caregivers to ensure the best possible fit for our client. All of our caregivers hold CNA Certifications. Our fee structure is set so that we typically pay our caregivers more than the competition which allows us to attract and retain the best caregivers possible. Background checks are performed on all caregivers before placing them on an assignment and we are bonded and insured. There are no minimum hour requirements, if we are needed for just one hour, we'll be there! We work hard to make sure the client is content and comfortable and recognize the emotions that are involved in caring for a loved one. We only place caregivers that we would feel comfortable placing in our own homes.
