I am a nurse who has many years of hospice and home care experience. I am able to accommodate most all patients. They can reside in the home, assisted living facility or hospital. I will assist with the discharge form at any facility if necessary. Also, I am an advocate, so if there is a hidden problem I will assist with that.  The care I give is care as if this were my mother or father. I have relieved the anxiety of family members as well as the patient. I am available to comfort the patient in their residence however I can.   Soon to be a notary.
